    Nice clean place. Both the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Made suggestions regarding my sandwich and more cheerful quick and efficient. A good place

    I came into this store to get a salad. The employee pulled out a white plastic bowl that looked dingy and discolored with old spinach. I asked why they do not use an National Sanitation Foundation Approved Stainless Steel Bowl that doesn't leech because if it will hold the color it also hold dirt and bacteria. The girl behind the counter got upset an asked "Do you want Salad or Not?!?!" I was like can I get one not made in that bowl? She stated that was the bowl the Management gave them and that others have also commented the condition of the Bowl. How about spending $15.00 on a Stainless Steel Bowl that isn't going to cross contaminate and get somebody sick with salmonella or worse.

    Went to this Subway for lunch today. Yes it was busy because it was lunchtime but should be no different then any other day. The girl who waited on us (Alayna) seemed to have an attitude from the minute we walked up to the counter. I was ordering 4 subs and when asked what I was going to get I started to tell her and she rudely told me she only wanted to know what kind of bread they were going to be on first. She threw the bread onto the counter causing the paper that was supposed to go under them to fly away. One of the sub buns she didn't cut all the way through so she decided ripping it in 5 different places would be more effective. The one she ripped was going to be a pizza sub for my daughter and she put very little cheese on it because they were running out. I asked for more cheese because only about 2/3 of the sub had cheese and she informed me that I could but it would cost me extra. Call me crazy but for the $5+ I was paying I at least expected enough cheese to cover the whole sub. I could have walked to the Little Caesars in the same complex and got an entire large pizza with cheese for $5...and wish that I would have now. I called to complain about the service we received and found out she was the manager....even worse. Needless to say, I would go out of my way to drive to a different Subway before I would ever return to this location again.

    This subway was decent! If you want a gourmet sandwich, get in your car, drive to Ann Arbor, and purchase one at zingerman's deli. Lets not kid ourselves, people. This is just a subway. I ordered my usual veggie sub. They were generous with the cheese and veggies. And when requested they were VERY veggie generous (without me asking 3 time like I normally have to do at subway). What can I say. I like veggies on my veggie sub. It the only stupid ingredient on the bread. Anyway, they made our subs right and put more than one napkin in the bag. Bravo, subway. Finally one of the locations understands that people like napkins with their food. There was a high chair and booster seat so the baby could sit with us too. I was more than happy with this subway. If I'm ever near this side of michigan again, I might just return!

    They've never had avacado ready when I wanted it. I wanted a pattista and they didn't have the sauce ready and it was the middle of lunch. They don't understand one third of the common english words I say and I have a normal nightly news accent. This location sucks! Their bread is mushy too.

    This is certainly NOT my favorite Subway. Getting into the parking lot, and moreso - getting OUT of the parking lot is always a fierce hot mess. The employees of this Subway never seem to care too much. Every time Ive frequented this location, the employees always seem lacksadaisical and not very motivated. Today I went in and got my usual - a foot long, on flatbread, chicken bacon ranch. The counter girl refused to toast it with vegetables on it, saying "shes had her toaster oven catch on fire before!" Really? Then how do you cook Subway PIZZAS then? Breath on them until the cheese melts? Put them out in the parking lot and let the sun bake them? Mmm Hmmm...exactly what I thought (((rolling eyes))) Not to mention EVERY other Subway Ive ever been to for the past 10 years, has no problem and never said one thing about toasting my sub with veggies on it. I went along with her 'toaster oven errupting in hellish flames' story and had a boring old sub, exactly the way I did NOT want it. She didnt seem to care at all that I was bummed about it, and I voice my opinion too. After I ordered, she promptly went behind the wall and disappeared. I could care less really; I ate there and I didnt need her anymore, however an older couple waddled in and were frustrated they had to wait because the girls were in back chatting and from the sounds of it - throwing stuff around at each other. There are many other Subway Restaurants that have great employees and are willing to make the customer happy. The location at 13/Harper for one. The manager and employees at the 13/Harper store are amazing. Go there instead.

    first time visitor to this store (about 2 p.m. 2/5/2012). young women at the counter didn't so much even greet us or smile whatsoever through the entire order. ordered 4-foot longs with differing items. it seemed that every request for an item to add to the sub was a chore. does she not get that is how Subway does business?? apparently not! very disappointed. seemed another girl who assisted with our order acted the same way...only one of the 3 women was friendly. never again!! i'll find another Subway to give my business to.
